Creek and Meadowoods Relief Middle Schools

 These
projects consist of 25-30 acres sites for new Middle
Schools in southwest Orange County. The sites
included approximately 100,000 square feet of classroom,
parking lots for 150 cars, bus loading and unloading
areas and a number of recreation facilities.
Stormwater permitting was performed through the South
Florida Water Management District, and utility
permitting was performed for water and sewer with the
Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
The local reviewing agencies were the Orange County
Development Review Committee and the Orange County
Public Schools Building Department.
