 This project involved the development of full Airport
Layout Plan (ALP) sets and Master Plan Update reports. Major focus areas were proposed
runway extensions, relocation of air cargo and general
aviation facilities, and primary and secondary access to the airport terminal. Planning analyses
included recommended alternatives to constrained
features, including airfield constraints and other
limitations. Planning components included forecasts, facility requirements, and a
prioritized Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
