 AVCON provided a
planning study for incremental expansion of the air
carrier terminal facility for Okaloosa County Air
Terminal. Unconstrained forecasts of passenger growth
and constrained forecasts that consider impact of
existing USAF operational restrictions were developed.
AVCON provided a detailed staging plan for construction
implementation, provided cost estimates for budgeting
and bonding requirements, and provided layout plans for
the terminal area based on limited leased premises from
the Air Force.
