 These 10-acre sites included redevelopment of the entire
school facility including new parking areas and bus
loading / unloading facilities. The sites were
permitted through the St. Johns River Water Management
District and the Florida Department of Environmental
Protection. Both projects included a temporary portable
phase, to be used for a full school year, and a final
design phase of the total build-out. Construction
administration services were also performed.
