 This project consisted of providing final
planning, design, preparation of bidding documents,
support services and construction administration
services for the installation of approximately 56
T-hangars, storage hangars and related site development,
utilities and taxilanes for Kissimmee Municipal Airport.
Work Tasks included: Final Planning and
site layout of approximately 56 T-hangar sites and 10
box hangars to complete the site; development of
complete site and civil designs for aprons and taxiways
for necessary approvals; incorporation of performance
drawings and specifications prepared by the vendor for
T-hangars and box hangars, including typical sections
and generic installation details; incorporation of
restroom facilities for two of the T-hangars, including
utility connections to existing force mains or laterals
or new septic system; electrical services for exterior
flood lighting; complete technical plans and
specifications;
permit coordination with SFWMD, DEP and
City of Kissimmee; construction phase services.
