Thomas M. Schilling, P.E.
AVCON is pleased to welcome Mr. Thomas M.
Schilling, P.E. to our diverse and talented team of
design, planning, and engineering associates. Mr.
Schilling will serve as a Senior Airport Engineer at
AVCON's corporate headquarters in Orlando, Florida.
He has over nine years of experience and is a registered
Professional Engineer in the State of Florida. His
areas of expertise include airfield design, site civil
design, construction administration, and hydrologic /
hydraulic modeling. Mr. Schilling's aviation, land
development, and site civil experience will be a
valuable asset to the AVCON Team and its clients,
and we are proud to have him on board!

Hong
T. Luu
AVCON is pleased to welcome Mr. Hong T. Luu to
our team of capable and experienced professionals.
Mr. Luu has accepted the position of Senior CADD
Technician in AVCON's Orlando, Florida office
where he will be responsible for providing CADD
expertise to support aviation planning and design for
the firm. He has over 15 years of experience.
His areas of expertise include CADD design for surveying
and engineering disciplines, including contouring and
terrain modeling and preparation of plans for various
projects. Additionally, he has specialized
training in MicroStation v8, IRAS/B v8, AutoCAD 2007,
and Autodesk Civil 3D 2007. Further, Mr. Luu has
been instrumental in training others in the development
and use of these various CADD software applications.
Mr. Luu also has extensive experience in support of
mechanical systems design and CADD production.
AVCON is proud to have Mr. Luu on the team, and the
organization looks forward to supporting his continued
growth and development as both a CADD Technician and
Project Designer in the years to come.
