This project consists of a new,
replacement, prototype High School in northwest Orange
County. The site includes 10 buildings containing
approximately 202,000 square feet of classrooms and an
additional 147,000 square feet of space for
administration, recreation and support services.
The site also includes parking for 861 vehicles,
separate drop-off areas for buses and parents, and
numerous competition-level recreation facilities.
AVCON
developed the Site Plan, Geometry Plan, Water & Sewer
Plan, and Off-Site Utility Plan for the extensive
project. Construction is scheduled to begin in the
Fall 2005, with a planned opening for the 2007 School
Year.
