the general acceptance of implementation and grant
programming from FDOT and FAA offices, including
inter-modal funding eligibility. AVCON also assisted in
the orchestration of the approval of a $6.9 million
capital improvement program to provide for the first
major airport improvement program in nearly 30 years.
