 Phases
I and II of this project included the design, permitting
and construction phase services for the development of
the pavement, stormwater, and utility infrastructure to
meet local requirements and to address the demand for
new hangars. The design work also included site
master planning and tenant coordination. AVCON
designed the master lift station for ultimate build-out
of the development area and water and sanitary lines
encased in sleeves under all pavements to facilitate
maintenance while preserving the pavement. Phase
III represented a completion of the infrastructure
improvements and was completed in summer 2008.
