 This
was a design/build project for two aviation related
buildings. AVCON provided the
site/civil design, engineering and construction phase
services for a multi-tenant warehouse/cargo facility, as
well as a building jointly supporting a warehouse and
ARFF/maintenance facility. The project required
coordination with local utilities and municipalities for
utility requirements and permitting. Site/civil
construction plans were prepared including site layout,
utilities, grading, drainage, erosion control, asphalt
and concrete pavements, curb and gutter; all completed
within the expedited schedule of the design/build
process.
